---: Scenario Change
I realise it has been some time since I last
updated... okay, it has been a HELL of a long time. But heck, Iīve had a few
problems, like the good olī writers block and such. Iīve been working,
training, training and taken care of some midgets on a hockey camp. The thing
is... Iīve only managed to hurt myself twice (!!) in all this time!... that is,
if you leave out the deal with the stairs...
Anyway, Iīm okay!
Iīd like to thank one person for making this chapter
possible. Thank you OpposingForce for getting me in the right writing-mood
again. Your story really kicks ass. Good luck with it, let Thor grant you many
children and let the sun shine upon the land you wander etc, etc. .
Now, as I felt it was a little too long since the last
time I updated... I decided to write a longer chapter for once!
(OpposingForce's idea too... thanks man!)
Also, I have to give the credit to my editor, who
happen to be OpposingForce and my danish friends, especially Zanno man who were
like the editors pre-editor for me.... you guys rock!
You make this story readable!
My hair is gray....
On with it!
The wind blew harshly, making whistling
sounds as it found its way through the thick layer of trees in the forest. Thunder
clashed, as if the gods themselves were battling in the sky. The howling of the
storm was already over the village of Konoha and everyone was taking shelter
inside their respective houses, the homeless had gotten the permission to seek
refugee in the main city halls, the underground passages and even into some
people houses. The fifth hokage, more known as Tsunade sat in her chair at her
office while thinking of the incoming storm. The village would be alright
overall, but the repairs were without a doubt going to cost a fortune. The
walls surrounding the village of course served as a protective layer for any
trees that may be pulled up by its roots and debrice, but that didnīt mean it
wouldnīt need repairs too after the storm was over. With a sigh the Hokage rose
from the chair before slowly walking over to the window, her brown eyes soon
found the threatening black clouds a mere minute away from her village.
"As long as people stay inside they wonīt get
hurt..." She mumbled to herself, shifting her gaze downwards to the
village below. A knock on the door interupted her train of thought and made her
turn around with a scowl on her face.
"What?!"
She could clearly hear the person on the other side of
the door swallow nervously before delivering his report.
"Excuse me Hokage-sama, but the storm will be
over us in less than a minute.... would you like to seek up a more secure area
to take shelter in?"
A snort escaped her as she gruffily turned her back
towards the door. She shook her head to herself before answering.
"Would I be the Hokage if I didnīt share their
torment?... No, Iīm staying here...." She answered, putting her hands on
the window and leaning towards it while letting her brown eyes scan the
darkness looming outside.
"Even though Iīd love to be somewhere else right
now..." She muttered to herself.
"As you wish, Hokage-sama!" Was the
enthusiastic answer, as if the man outside was glad he didnīt have to open the
door and deal with her personally. She grit her teeth in annoyance. She really
couldnīt figure out what it was about her that made some men total cowards. With
a grunt she turned her focus back to the window. To look at the dark, intense
clouds that was coming closer for each second passing.
"And here it begins.... at least three days of
hell..."
She noted that the storm had reached the villageīs
outskirts and was quickly advancing on her office. Small plants, dirt, sand,
splinters of wood and small stones was being thrown around, limiting the
ability to see rapidly for each second passing. Suddenly, she saw something in
the corner of her eye. It was an eerie glow coming from the forest.
"A fire!?" She exclaimed, pressing her nose
to the window while trying to get as close as possible.
"No...... itīs definetly chakra...." She
mumbled, rising an eyebrow while staring at the display outside. Her right
eyebrow twitched in confusion before she pressed her nose to the window while
trying to get an as close as possible.
"It
is..... green"
A battlecry drowned the harsh sound of the
wind. The sounds of slashing and hitting along with more cries of anger was
heard. Green light flashed accompanied with the lightning in the sky, however
it seemed a lot stronger than its electric friend. A pair of blue eyes blinked
once before slowly closing entirely. Blond hair waved about as he moved. Orange
clothing was torn by the harsh winds.
"Come on...." He whispered to himself, his
both arms shaking in their position beside him. A huge oak tree in front of him
suddenly gave away an earsplitting sound and began leaning towards the boy. His
eyes flashed open, in a second he had directed his clenched hand upwards and
jumped. A small, almost annoying cloffī sound made its entrance as his fist
inbedded itself into the wood. Then as quick as he had reacted, the whole tree
was blown appart. A green light lingered in the air after the explosion that
seemingly had come out of nothing. The boy landed gracefully on his feet, took
a deep breath and directed his face towards the sky, his blue eyes piercing the
grey clouds while the rain poured down over him.
"...Is that all youīve got!? Pathetic!"
With an irritated exhale, Naruto watched as a splinter
the size of his head came flying towards his face. Focusing his eyes on the
piece, he stared as it was torn appart by the green shield that materialised
out of nowhere a couple of centimeters away from his face. Gritting his teeth,
he put his both hands in front of himself in a seal before calling out what had
gotten to be known as one of his trademark techniques.
"Kage Bunshin No Jutsu!"
Breathing out in the middle of chaos, he turned for
the clones he had made with his back facing the wind. Most of them could not be
seen due to the darkness and all the dirt being thrown around, but at least
fifty of them could be recognised by their siluetes.
"Alright! Letīs give Konoha a little less windy
experience!" He shouted out at his copies, then grit his teeth as a piece
of wood came flying and sliced up the back of his right arm. Blood dripped down
his arm as his gaze locked itself on the piece. His eyes flashed dangerously
and a second later the small piece of wood was being pulverized in his hand.
"Die you little-... what are you waiting for? Get
moving now!"
The clones shouted an "Affirmative!" or
"Yes, sir!" at the same time and quickly dissapeared out of his
vision. Naruto turned back so he was facing the wind while cursing heavily. It
seemed his shield wasnīt inpenetrable. He tried once again as yet another piece
of wood came flying at him by turning away and directing his trail of thought
somewhere else.
"Gnh!... okay, so thatīs how itīs working.."
He mumbled as he felt the splinter dig into the back of his left arm. He
reached over, pulled it out, groaned from the pain and pulverized it like the
other one. Appearently the ones he couldnīt see was the dangerous ones. The
good old What you donīt know, canīt hurt youīī emedietly seemed a little too
old. He quickly erased it out of his quote account since it really did deal
some damage. He notised that he could summon the shield where he concentrated
as yet another splinter came flying and was shattered by the green layer of
chakra. Which explained the whole deal with the trees earlier. Your brain
instinctively think that you will hit something when you fall or fly backwards,
and thus his shield had been summoned without his intention.
Shrugging it of and disposing his thinking to the back
of his mind, he turned around with the harsh wind in the face yet again. With a
battlecry, he launched himself at an incoming tree. Incoming would be the right
word as it practicaly was flying, the harsh winds carrying it into the air and
making it spin dangerously as it decended towards the blond haired boy. The
only reason Naruto had managed to stay put instead of flying around like some
kite was that he used his chakra to stick to the ground or whatever was below
him. However, by jumping he made quite the sport out of it. As he reached the
tree, he made the same thing as with the others. He quickly made a small shield
around his fist made out of green chakra, then expanded it as he had inbedded
his half arm into the wood. The extreme pressure made the tree explode into
particles, only a few splinters and parts of wood managed to escape unharmed. The
preassure also had its effect on Naruto as he was forced back towards the
ground where he yet again landed gracefully.
"I wonder how long I have to keep this
up..." He muttered to himself before noticing a stone that was clearly
larger than himself was rolling at terrible speed in his direction. Instead of
punching a hole in it and blow it appart like usual, Naruto simply created one
of his green balls of chakra and threw it at the boulder.
"... Stoned..." He snickered as he watched the
rock being blown into dust, leaving a small puff of smoke that quickly was
diminished by the rain. A sudden gust of wind suprised him, forcing him back a
few meters as he skid across the ground.
"Reaching your peak are ya...?" Naruto
directed his question towards the clouds. His eyes looked left and right before
he closed them and directed some more chakra into his feet. A sudden cry of
irritation escaped him as he could feel something bore deeply into his side. His
eyes widened as he saw the triangle chaped stone that was inbedded into his
left side, staining his clothes red. As he pulled the stone out with a grunt he
could also feel his clones getting fewer and fewer for each second passing. He
formed yet another handseal after blowing up an incoming tree with a chakra
ball.
"Taiyuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu"
The high pitched sound that was created almost drowned
out the terrible roaring of the storm. Naruto made a quick move with his right
arm, a wide circle above his head. The clones emedietly obeyed and dissapeared
into the dark unknown. Yet again the blonde haired boy turned towards the wind,
glaring in its direction as if defying it before letting a sigh escape his
mouth.
"I guess itīs time..."
Putting his hands together in a seal in front of him,
he began moulding chakra once again. A grunt of exertion escaped him as he
could feel the enormous amount of chakra at his disposal start to react to his
command, somewhat weakening his legs and forcing him down on one knee. In a few
seconds the chakra had sprung to life and was surrounding his body in the shape
of a blazing green fireball.
"More.." He grumbled, closing his eyes
harder in concentration. The flame increased, burning away small parts of the
ground he was standing on. Back in the village, some could feel a low rumbling
in the ground but brushed it of as part of the storm.
"More..." His teeth bared, a small trail of
blood making its way out of the side of his mouth. The ground was now visibly
shaking, the small fragments of dirt and stone that came with the storm was
sucked into the brilliant light as it grew in size. Back in the village,
Tsunade watched and waited.
"This will be my..."
The green light suddenly seemed more compact, it went
from two meters radius from Naruto's body to one meter. A small cry left him as
he continued to gather chakra. More blood made its way out of his mouth. Pain,
it shot through him like fire, burning his insides and turning his muscles into
what felt like choak coal. His right arm suddenly began shaking violently, not
violent enough to break his handseal but definetly painfull as more blood made
its way out of his mouth. His chakra suddenly crept closer to his body, leaving
only a decimeter of distance and immediately growing compact. All you could see
was a green ball of chakra, Naruto was somewhere in the middle.
"...The Third's own... technique..."
Narutoīs eyes flashed open, the usual blue color
having big spots of pulsating green in them as he screamed out his new Jutsu.
"Kankyou no furueru no jutsu!" (Environment
Convulsion Technique)
It wasnīt short, nor simple, but it served its
purpose. Naruto, being the guy that always fancied flashy stuff and moves that
looked powerful, slammed his fist into the ground with such force that a nearby
tree jumped out of the ground with its roots tearing up the earth they had
infested themselves in decades ago. The chakra around his body emedietly left
him through his right arm, which fist was stuck into the earth. At first
nothing happened, but then a violent rumbling began. Naruto slowly pulled his
arm out of the earth, feeling completely and utter exhausted while resting on
one knee. In the corner of his right eye, he could see the tree he
unintentionaly had forced up from the earth slowly began to tip towards him. He
forced himself to turn towards it and watched as it slowly began closing in on
him. The green pulsating light in his eyes suddenly gave away a flash of its
own color, then seemingly melted into his blue and started forging the two
colors together.
"What the-?"
Naruto cursed violently as he was forced to close his
eyes from the sudden pain. He franatically began rubbing his eyes with his left
hand, his right still holding his balance on the ground. The tree gave away an
earsplitting sound as its trunk was forced to bend, it now had only a few
meters left before it would hit him, and probably crush him outright. The
burning sensation in his eyes suddenly stopped as quick as it had began,
leaving Naruto in a dizzy and somewhat confused state. His muscles tensed as
his sensitive hearing picked up the sound of a nearby falling tree.
"Fuck off!"
With an exertion, Naruto spun around while using his
momentum to balance himself on his right hand, delivering a powerful roundhouse
kick to the tree. His eyes flashed open, revealing the teal color they now held
at the same time as the treeīs trunk was blown into tiny molecules. The treeīs
upper part landed with a heavy thud, so did its lower part, and in the middle
of both broken parts sat Naruto. His teal eyes bored into the darkness, the
ground under him glowing a dull green as it began reacting violently to the
chakra he had forced into it.
"This... will... definitely do it...." He
muttered to himself, his teal eyes reflecting the dull green light that somehow
managed to shine through the earth itself. His body gave in to exaustion,
another small trail of blood making its way out of the side of his mouth as he
fell backwards and landed roughly on his back. His jacket was nowhere to be
found, the same was with his shirt, leaving his torso bare. Naruto's hair
wavered about in the harsh wind as the beginning of what only could be thought
of as an earthquake began, a small splinter passing by and slicing a mark into
his bare side. The blood making its way out to form a small pool at the side of
his body. Green flashed and in a second the splinter was erased out of history
and the wound in Naruto's side had already healed together, only leaving a
small scar at the remembrance of what have happened. With a defiant look he
peered into the night as he could feel the ground under him starting to react. A
last comment left his lips as he struggled to stay awake.
"I.... wonīt lose..."
His teal eyes closed slowly, a grin playing on his
lips as sleep caught him.
Tsunadeīs eyes was staring openly at the
display outside. The rumbling was reaching its peak and the whole Hokage office
felt as if it was going to be shaken to bits. The green fire like thing in the
village outskirts, which she guessed was chakra, had suddenly disappeared
without any kind of warning. It was soon followed by the extreme rumbling and
shaking, which made it obvious that the enormous amount of chakra released and
the earthquake was connected. It was an earthquake already, and not a natural
one.... a single name came zooming through her mind without any kind of
resemblance to the situation. Her eyes snapped fully open, she now knew who was
out there.
"Naruto..." She muttered. Her brown eyes
still fixated on the scene outside. Suddenly a rock the size of a golf ball
came flying straight through her window, aimed directly at her face. A few
seconds later, Tsunade stood with her right hand holding her nose with a pissed
of expression and a pile with something that only could resemble ash on the
floor.
"Whadī de hell are you doidhī boy?"
Tsunade had to grab hold of the window-frame to keep
herself from falling as the violent earthquake suddenly came back with full
force, this time a couple of times worse than before. Her desk reared over,
sliding along the floor as if the earth itself seemed to tip. Her mouth droped
open as she stared out of the window, a chill creeping up her spine as she saw
the scene unfold.
"... My god..."
It seemed as if the very earth outside the village
began rising. The enourmous mass of chakra that pushed the trees, the ground,
vegetation and even a small part of the wall into the air was overwhelming as
the Fifth Hokage watched in awe at what was happening. It didnīt seem like it
would ever stop as the piece of mountain that easily was just as broad as the
village itself continued its journey towards the skies. In an attempt to close
out the sound, Tsunade put her hands over her ears while still staring with an
open mouth at the display just outside the village.
"Some kind of.... mountain..?"
She suddenly fell backwards as the floor seemed to be
jerked away from under her, somersaulted in the air and landed on her feet in a
crouching position on top of the tipped over desk. The whole building gave away
a last, harsh shake, then everything went deadly silent. Tsunade blinked once,
then slowly made her way towards the window. Her high heeled shoes gave away an
echo as they met the floor, her brown eyes fixated on the scene outside her
window.
"I believe Iīve said... that the boy have potential....
but this takes the cake..."
A mountain like wall of pure and solid earth stood in
the way of the storm, it was almost total vertical with only a few holes and
edges on the wall. The mountain was red with the iron ore it consisted being
rusted. On top of the giant mountain, you could see a distant green from the
trees and bushes growing on the plateau.
It was about five times as high as the village wall.
"Ugh... stupid fox..."
The blonde haired boy groaned in his sleep, then
turned over and unintentionaly grabbed a small bush in his hand. An expression
of irritation passed over the boys face, a green light flashed, then all that
remained of the bush was a small pile of ash.
"d... mess.. with me.."
A satisfied expression pushed his whisker scarred
cheeks up, a smile litting up his as usual happy face. A sudden harsh wind blew
over him, making the nearby bushes bristle and the trees above to swoon
somewhat. Naruto shivered as the cold wind blew over his bare torso, muttered a
curse in his sleep and then turned over on his back. An earsplitting creaking
noice suddenly filled the air, making the blonde boyīs eyes snap open.
"Agh!"
He rolled out of the way, a second later the tree hit
where he had been laying with an earsplitting sound. Naruto blinked twice at
the tree inbedded into the ground where he had been laying, his mind not really
registering what had happened. After shaking his head in an attempt to clear it
from dizzyness, he noticed three things. First, he was not recovered from the
earlier event, his sore muscles and problems to move at all proved that. Second,
he obviously hadnīt been sleeping for long, as he still were in the woods, even
though the chances of someone coming to look for him was minimal he knew he
should have been found already considering how much noise he made earlier. Third...
he was hungry.
"Food..." He wailed as his stomach gave away
a violent rumbling. After feeling very sorry for himself for a few seconds,
Naruto mumbled something barely audible that could only be taken a curse before
pushing himself of the ground with a loud groan. Without much thought, he
managed to stay upright somewhat but swooned dangerously while fighting the
urge to lay down again.
"That must have done it..." He muttered to
himself tiredly, his mind still foggy as every single muscle in his body ached.
With a sigh, Naruto stumbled out of the small meadow while trying to find a way
out of the forest. The boy grunted audibly as he pushed aside a bush and took a
step forward to pass over it.
"Argh! What the hell!" God was definetly
still in a bad mood, his mind concluded as he felt himself lose his footing. His
teal eyes widened as it became obvious that he was about to fall down what
seemed to be a huge cliffside. Narutoīs mind registered what was happening just
before he fell of the edge, making the blond haired boy mold some chakra to his
feet by pure reaction. Luckily, his toes still had contact with the cliff as he
used his chakra to stick to whatever was below him, making him stay in a
horisontal position on the vertical cliff.
"Okay... I hereby claim it all worked..."
With that said Naruto started climbing the cliff with
his feet while having a completely blank facial expression, sweat dripping down
his forehead and with his heart in a frozen state. As the blonde haired boy
reached the cliffside again and went over it to secure ground, he breathed out
a sigh of relief before thowing himself face first into the dirt, kissing it
soundly a couple of times before mumbling some affectionate words into it.
"Have I ever told you how much I love you.... horizontal
ground?"
A few seconds passed before Naruto had built up enough
courage to crawl over to the cliffside and peek out over it. His teal eyes
flashed with unknown emotions as he watched the village from above, high above.
He grit his teeth and quickly scurred back from the cliff, then rolled over and
laid down on his back. It was obvious that Konoha was out of danger now, but he
wasnīt so sure about himself. Naruto slowly began stumbling in the other
direction, his legs fully normal but his mind still very clouded. The earlier
events flashed inside his mind, then changed to a pair of creamy colored eyes
and back again to his fist plowing into the ground.
"Ugh... I feel strange.."
Nausea overcame him, and he had to quickly stumble
over to a nearby bush as it reached its peak. Throwing up is not the nicest and
cleanest solution, but probably the best and quickest way to get rid of
unwanted bacteria. Now, if it was bacterias that made him feel sick from the
beginning. He cursed while wiping his mouth, then made a sound resembling a
growl before moving again, his mind now a little clearer. This time the blonde
haired boy was a little more carefull with the knowledge that an almost
completely vertical cliffside was nearby. Naruto soon reached the other end of
the plateau, a gust of wind blowing him off balance and onto his back.
"Well, well, aint we in a good mood
today..." His sarcasm was directed towards the sky, where god probably was
laughing outright at the boys situation. Naruto grit his teeth in irritation as
he imagined a white bearded old man grinning a toothless grin into his face
while chanting the good old What goes around, comes aroundī. With a groan, the
blonde haired teen rolled over onto his stomach and slowly crawled over to the
edge before peering over it. No change there, the same good old vertical
cliffside and about a hundred meters down to the actual ground.
"... Iīve invented an amazing technique, and
canīt come down because of it? Now thatīs gotta be the worst setback known to
history."
A snort of anoyance escaped him as he rolled over on
his back and rose, then took a little safer distance from the cliffside. His
teal eyes drilled into the dark clouds above as he walked further into the
woods. His eyes still ached, and his body felt cold and tingly at some places
but at the same time very warm and sore on other. He could feel it... The
warmth and the cold.... it was mixing, and it was slowly increasing his pain.
"I just... need to rest... a bit!" He
groaned and sat down, leaning against a nearby oak while clutching both sides
of his head. His head hurt, it felt like he had a piece of ice in his forehead
and hot burning coal in the back of his head. The painfull part was that his
mind obviously had gotten the idea of pressing the two sources together despite
its differences.
"Ugh...
so dizzy..." The coldness of the ice-like feeling made his senses dullen
and the warmth created a fine bed with perspiration all over him. His body slid
down the tree, his heart rate speeding up and the chill spreading from his
forehead down into his body, the warmth soon following. Chilling, burning...
then neutrality. His eyse closed painfully as the process continued like that
for what seemed like hours, parts of his body being freezed then burned to in
the end be left in a comfortable state that only could be resembled as
neutrality. No warmth or cold, just the plain feeling of his aching muscles. A
gasp of pain left him as the coldness reached his stomach, the warmth soon
following and colliding with the cold. He caved over, pressing his both hands
into his stomach as his insides was frozen and burnt at the same time. Then as
quick as it had started, it was gone.
"P-painfull..."
He doubled over
and fell face first to the ground while still clutching his stomach with both
hands. A chilling wind swept over him as he laid there, a violent sneeze
escaping him as he stared sideways into the wood through dull teal eyes. His
blond hair wavered about in the wind and he cursed each time he had to brush it
away from his face to keep it out of his eyes. The thought that his hair
actually was getting a little too long passed through his mind but was quickly
replaced by more important things. Like how the hell he was supposed to get
down from there in this state. Another sneeze left him as he tried to rise from
the ground, shaking his body and sending pain through it to the degree that he
fell backwards.
"Great...
Iīm getting a cold too..."
He rose again
under some rather colorful curses and this time managed to keep himself
upright, even when yet enother violent sneeze threatened to throw him of
balance.
"Iīd give
anything... for... some of that... ointment... Hinata..."
He put his
hands on front of him in a hand seal for the unknown amount of time that day,
his right arm shaking from the pain and strain from earlier. Narutoīs eyes
widened as he felt the blood trickle down the side of his mouth, he had just
started gathering more chakra and his body was already protesting?
"What
the-"He sputtered as yet another wave of pain flashed from the corners of
his body, more blood making its way out of his mouth. He grit his teeth, the
blood freely flowing out through them as he tried to gather more chakra.
Suddenly a torch of chakra sprung to life around him, its green light litting
up the surrounding darkness that was the storm. Right now he didn't care, all
he wanted was to get down. He hated heights damn it!
"God damn
it!"
His eyes
suddenly gave away a flash of teal light, surpising Naruto to the grade that he
actually broke the seal. Due to his state, he was not ready for the extreme
pressure following the discharge of chakra and was forced to his knees while
more blood left through his mouth. His hands felt like they were being runned
over by an ox-cart as the chakra was discharged, leaving heavy burn marks in
his palms.
"Damn...
Iīve... got to.. get stronger..."
One of his
knees gave away, forcing him to hold himself up with one of his badly burnt
hands. A frown played on his lips as he felt his mind getting tugged in another
direction then he hoped for. He knew he was fighting a losing battle, but what
more could he do then to fight it untill the end... A violent series of
coughing ended his trail of thought, even more of the red liquid making its way
out of his mouth.
"Fuck....."
Was the last thing he mumbled before falling uncounsious again, landing softly
on the plateau ground with a last defiant look in his eyes before they closed
slowly, allowing the boy to fully surrender to dreamless sleep.
His
mind was in a haze. Everything around him was spinning as he opened his eyes. A
very familiar white ceiling came into view, almost making the blonde haired boy
groan in irritation. His teal eyes closed as he let out a deep sigh, he was
back where he had started.
"Not
again..." He grumbled while making a mental note to drink some water as
his throat felt like sandpaper. The light in the room stung his eyes as he rose
from the bed, casualy putting down his feet on the cold floor. A sudden chill
crept over the room, forcing the boy to rub his bare arms as it swept over his
naked torso. His hearing suddenly picked up voices from outside the half open
door, which of course triggered the blonde haired boy's curiosity. With the
silence of a cat he crept closer to the window, to at least listen in who it
was outside. The voices became clearer as he got closer.
"It is
mixing...." Naruto peeked out into the hallaway, which obviously wasnīt a
hallway but a small rectangular shaped room. To his surprise there was none
other than Tsunade and Kakashi who were having a, what it seemed to be, very
serious discussion.
"Should I
think of that as positive or negative?" The silver haired jounin asked,
his only visible eye half closed while staring into the brown eyes of the
Hokage. Tsunade stared back at the jounin level shinobi as she answered his
question.
"I donīt
know..." A sigh escaped Kakashi at her answer. He shook his head before
asking the next question.
"Could
you at least tell me what is mixing?" Naruto watched as Kakashi rose an
eyebrow while Tsunade seemed to hesitate with her answer. His heart beat loud
in his chest. Were they talking about him? Was... something wrong with him? And
whatīs with the mixing stuff anyway?
Many thoughts
had passed through is mind before Tsunade even had started moving her lips to
answer.
"Narutoīs
chakra... and the demons....."
Kakashi
frowned at her reply, his silvery hair was hard to see against the white wall
in the room.
"We
already know that Hokage-sama...."
To his
suprise, Tsunade gave away a snort and turned her back to the jounin before
replying in a calm icy tone.
"Perhaps
that is the case... but you do not know exactly what it mean do you?"
"Of
course I do! Their chakra are combining... more like mixing.... and Naruto gets
even more chakra at his di-"
"Thatīs
not what I meant!"
The silver
haired man jumped, a little startled by the Hokages sharp voice. Naruto watched
as she took a few calming breaths, her oversized cleavage heaving with each exhale.
"I was
talking about the consequences.... or as you would put it, side
effects..."
Kakashi furred
his eyesbrows as the Hokage turned around, her eyes filled with an unknown
emotion while drilling themselves into his. Narutoīs mind unintentionaly
sharpened his hearing as the blonde woman a few meters outside the door began
her explanation.
"You know
that most of the chakra that Naruto possess is demonic, right
Kakashi-kun?"
"Well....
yes, considering that most of it comes from Kyubi I have figured so
much..."
"Then...
has it ever accured to you that when Naruto and Kyubi's chakra fused, the one
remaining user of it all are under influence by the demonic part of it
whole?"
A gasp left
Kakashi as it came clear where this was leading.
"You mean
that Naruto...."
The Hokage
turned around, her facial expression showing deep thought as she answered his
question.
"Yes....
the demonic chakra is...... corrupting his blood..."
Narutoīs lower
lip quivered as he listened to every word she said. His mind not really
believing what he was hearing as he slowly slid towards the floor, where he
laid in a pile a few seconds. He was... corrupted? Did that mean he was....
what he always had been treated like? Was he really.. a demon?
"I have
already checked up on the boy... it is obvious that when he used that
incredible amount of chakra in the woods, that he simply used his human body to
the extend where it couldnīt take any more.... Ironicaly, it is thanks to his
corruption that he survived it all...."
"You mean
heīs becoming a full fledged demon, with horns and all?" Kakashi asked, a
hint of nervousness in the usualy calm ninjaīs voice. A huff of irritation
escaped the Hokage, the mans fantasy was being overused. Must be the books he
constantly is reading.
"No...
what I mean is that he is corrupted, you could say a demon, but not like the
ones in your fantasy" An irritated huff escaped her as the silver hair
jounin seemed to relax. "..... but his appearance have changed very
little, and should stop where it is right now. Some people will notice, it is
quite hard not to after all...."
"Why,
whatīs happened... has he grown another limb or something?"
"You call
that a small change?!" The Hokage snapped. A sigh escaped her as she
watched the face of Kakashi, his eyes widened innocently. Tsunade shook her
head before continuing. "No, while I was checking his eyes I noticed
something that the people close to him will notice sooner or later.... His eyes
are now nothing like their usual blue, they have turned into an eerie and
almost frightening clear teal color....."
"You
say... his eyes are teal.. because of the corruption?"
"Yes...
they almost seem to glow if you look into them....." A small voice in the
back of her head ranted on about how beautiful the boyīs teal eyes were, and
she had to forcefully suppress it to regain control. Demons throughout history
was known for luring their prey with beauty, and some parts of her still
believed that. Even though she knew that Naruto never would do such a thing.
Silence ruled for some time, Narutoīs heart was beating painfully hard in his
chest as he listened, and waited.
"How will
this affect the boy overall?" Kakashi suddenly blurted out, his concern
for his student and curiosity getting the better of him.
"Nothing
much...." The Hokage smirked, her brown eyes shifting for the door where
Naruto currently was peeking out. "He will just be able to take a little
more of a beating from now on.... nothing else have changed... nothing that I
know of anyway..."
Naruto
understood that she already knew that he was there, and that he had listened
in. Her lips lifted in the corner of her mouth, turning her whole expression
into a sad side looped grin as she suddenly turned for the door. Naruto felt
himself drawing backwards as her eyes stared directly into his.
"Further
questioning will have to wait.... Hatake Kakashi... Dismissed"
"I
understand... Hokage-sama..."
Naruto slowly
made his way back to the bed, the footsteps of the retreating Kakashi barely
audible. The blonde haired boy slowly sat down on the bedside before burying
his face into his hands, a deep breath escaping him.
"Nothing
will change you know..."
His mind
ignored the female voice, questions spinning inside his skull while he
desperately tried to answer them all. But as usual, he didnīt have the answers
needed. He could feel the brown eyes of the Hokage upon himself, complete
silence ruling the room for what seemed like an hour. Tsunade hadnīt moved a
single bit from the doorway, she didn't even entered the room fully, further
filling him with the feeling that she didnīt feel entirely safe about him
either. However, it didnīt matter how much she loathed him right now... he
needed to know.
"Am
I..."
Tsunade looked
up from the floor, her eyes glued to the blonde haired boy currently sitting on
the bed.
"What?"
Naruto took a
deep breath before continuing, his back still facing the Hokage.
"Am I...
really a demon?"
Silence. God,
he hated silence. It always ment something bad was about to happen, or that
someone was going to jump you, which mostly is a bad thing. Anyway, silence
never turned out to his favour, not even if it was himself who asked for it. A
minute went by, or at least it seemed like it before the blonde haired woman
answered him.
"Iīm not
sure..."
More silence.
His mind was trying to cope with the piece of information given to him. Not
sure? Either you are a demon, or you arenīt, right?? Was he yet another freak
on the Konoha list of maniacs, or was he not?
"What...
do you mean?" asked Naruto.
He suddenly
looked up, startled. Tsunade had moved and placed himself in front of him
without him knowing, and she was now staring down, almost lovingly into his
eyes. His eyes widened as he could feel her hand softly starting to ruffle his
hair, a smile prying her lips as she spoke yet again.
"Your
eyes are beautiful Naruto... you are beautiful..." Naruto blinked twice in
confusion, not this was an interesting turn. Was she trying to flatter him or
something? Talk about escaping a topic. "I am sure someone else already
have told you that, am I right?"
He could feel
his cheeks heat up despite the situation as the picture of a certain blue
haired girl once again made its entry into his mind. Tsunade noticed the
redness spreading in his face and chuckled at the sight, her hand still playing
with his spiky hair. A sad expression hid behind her smiling mask, she hated
the Kyubi for what it had done to the boy. Sure, it was not the fox's fault
that it was sealed inside the boy, but couldn't it at least have given the boy
some kind of chance to choose about keeping or not keeping the demonic chakra?
Then, Tsunade
continued where she had left of.
"What I
really mean to say is... does it really matter?"
Naruto jerked
his head upwards, a baffled look on his face as he couldn't really believe what
he had heard. His teal eyes stared into hers with a little bit of uncertainty
in them, as if silently asking if she was joking. A few seconds passed before
he understood that she was dead serious. The revival of his hyper and loud side
was a fact.
"Does it
matter? Does... it... matter?! Of course it does! Iīm a friggin' demon! A
creature of evil... a god's mistake tha-"
"Naruto!"
Her voice was venomous as she cut him of, startling the boy to the grade where
he actually obeyed her. She bent down on her knees to come down to the same
level as the sitting boy. Her brown eyes peered into his own, Naruto returned
the gaze with uncertainty, confusion, grief, angst and not to mention hate.
Spite for himself. He thought it all had been over, and now that it came back
to him, his mind was in a critical state of confusion, filled with the emotions
she had earlier noticed. That was what she could figure out just by looking
into his eyes.
"This is
not about WHAT you are, this is all about WHO you are. You forget that all the
bloody time! Catch the drift, thick head?"
Naruto
blinked, a little startled by her soft voice mixed with harsh words. She took
her chance as he was temporary mute for the second time, crushing his outmost
defense line in a single strike.
"Didn't
Hinata say that she loved you for who you are, and despite what you are? She
loves you because of who you are, get it? You even have a girl who claim to be
your sister, and I bet she would kick your sorry ass if she caught you thinking
like this again!"
She grabbed
him by his shoulders, bringing her nose an inch away from his while boring
holes into his eyes with her own. "They don't care! Nobody cares anymore!
You are you... demon or not, Naruto is still Naruto!" She let go of his
shoulders while silently giving herself a pat on the back for being able to
give such a speech, then leaned back and watched the boy as his mind began the
slow process of thinking through what she had said earlier. A few minutes
passed as she watched the boy think the facts over, his face crunched up in
deep though while his hand was rubbing his chin. All of a sudden, his hand let
go of his chin and he turned for the Hokage with a troubled expression.
"Whatīs wrong?" She asked in confusion, hadnīt he picked up what she
had said... was he really that slow?
"Umm..."
He seemed somewhat uncertain of how to express himself, so she leaned down
again to look him straight in the eyes.
"Yes?"
She asked sweetly, giving the boy a warm smile while putting a hand on his
shoulder. To her surprise, the boy grinned quickly at her before letting his
face fall back into the troubled expression.
"I'm
hungry..." He whined, his stomach giving away a loud rumbling as if to
prove his point. Tsunade simply stared at him for a while, blinked twice and
then went back to staring. How the hell could he feel such a thing as hunger
with the current situation?
"Ehr...
alright I guess..."
A few seconds
later, she found herself being dragged down the corridors of the hospital while
silently wondering how she kept getting into this kind of situations.
"I want
ramen! Letīs go!"
Naruto looked
up at her with his pearl white teeth shown in a wide grin.
"Come on,
come on!"
A few minutes
later, the two reached Narutoīs absolute and only favorite ramen stand. Tsunade
blinked once at the small shop, the darkness outside made it seem like a
somewhat cozy atmosphere. Tsunade barely had the time to note that the light
seemed strangely welcoming before she felt Naruto grabbed her hand yet again.
"Your
treat... let's go in!"
Before the
fifth Hokage knew what had happened, she was sitting in a chair with a confused
expression while an old man with a very kind face was smiling at her. She
turned to her left to see the blonde haired boy already stuffing himself with a
bowl of ramen in front of himself. She turned back, to find the two owners of
the ramen stand with their backs towards her, they didnīt even seem to have
noticed that the Hokage herself was sitting in front of them. Tsunade slowly
turned back and noticed with a sweatdrop that the blonde boy had started on his
second bowl already.
"Excuse
me... what would you like, miss?"
She turned
back towards the counter with a somewhat baffled expression. A girl that only
could be a little older than Naruto stood in front of her, a genuine smile on
her face as she waited for the Hokageīs answer.
"Uhm
well..." Tsunade turned back for the blonde haired boy, and felt yet
another sweatdrop form on her head as she noticed the two empty bowls of ramen
on the counter, and the third in the boys grasp.
"I'll
take the same as him..." She muttered, eyeing the boy that was occupied
filling himself with impressive speed. Her right eyebrow twitched as he
finished his third bowl of ramen and immediately got another one from the old
man behind the counter.
"Naruto,
calm down or you'll get a stomach ache," warned Tsunade with a slight of
concern.
The blonde boy
looked up, chewed and swallowed before answering.
"But I
need my energy! I am a growing boy you know... and besides..." He took
another mouthful and waited to continue to after he had swallowed it down.
"....
uh.... Iīm a growing boy?"
Tsunade just
sighed as she watched in silence while the boy finished his fourth bowl of
ramen. A pat on her shoulder made her turn around. The girl behind the counter
handed over a bowl which smell definitely was appealing, making the Hokage grab
it with a small trail of drool making its way out of the side of her mouth.
"There
you go, miss" The girl exclaimed happily before turning her back towards
them again, readying yet another bowl of ramen.
"Why...
thank you." Tsunade mumbled, accepting the bowl while casting gazes left
and right before slowly starting to eat. Her eyes widened as the food hit her
tougue, incredible flavours battling in her mouth as she greedily swallowed and
took another bite.
"Itch
gwod huh??"
The blonde
boyīs mouth was already full as he tried to comment the flavour of the ramen.
Tsunade didnīt answer and instead started digging in at almost the same speed
as Naruto.
"Yeah...
undoubtedly..." She answered between mouthfuls.
After what
seemed like a mad ramen eating frenzy, both the blondes was stuffed and
relaxing while leaning their elbows on the counter. A huge pile of ramen bowls
was stocked on the counter, and was without a doubt going to cost the Hokage a
small fortune.
"Where
are you going next?"
Tsunade turned
her head for the boy, who seemed almost unaffected by the huge amount of ramen
he had stuffed himself with. A grunt escaped the Hokage as she cast her gaze
towards the direction where her office was at.
"I have
to get back to the office.... I have some stuff to deal with. My advice to you
Naruto, is that you should go home." She simply told him, rose from the chair
and slowly made her way forward while holding her stomach.
"Come by
my office tomorrow, I'll pay the bill then..."
Naruto stared
at the retreating figure, his teal eyes following the Hokage as she slowly
walked with her back to him. A few seconds later she had passed the corner of a
shop and was out of sight. A sigh escaped him before he jumped of his chair and
set his destination to his own appartment.
"Thank
you, Hokage-sama..." He muttered to himself before yelling a loud Thanks
for the meal!ī to the people in the ramen stand. The owner and his daughter
simply smiled back and waved at him. In the corner of his eye, Naruto could see
the old man rub his hands together while staring at the heap of empty ramen
bowls before bringing out a calculator.
"You
donīt have to be evil just because you are greedy..." He muttered to
himself, his words of wisdom tucked into his mind for later usage. He could not
ignore the tugging sensation in his mind as he walked down the road towards his
apartment. His eyes seemed to move on its own, slowly gliding upwards to
finally lock on something that only could be described in one way.
"Awesome!"
He breathed as he watched his own work of art. The giant wall made out of the
very earth itself was easily five times as high as the concrete wall
surrounding the village. A wide grin spread over his features as he stared at
the display with pride, his teal eyes glowing with happiness. And they were,
its teal light casting a shadow on the wall he had in front of himself as he
stared at what would be known as his first own jutsu. The storm was surrounding
the village. On both sides, but not in the middle, and thus wasn't making any
damage what so ever.
"Now
thatīs more friggin like it! How do you like that Konoha!" He screamed in
delight before setting of in a run with a last glance at the gigantic
mountain-like wall. Some people watched him with their eyebrows raised,
silently wondering if the guy had all his screws in the right places.
Eventually as he disappeared out of their vision the most people just shrugged
and went back to work, a few of them wondered what the shouting was all about
and stared up for the umpteenth time that day at the huge mountain that
obviously was protecting them from the storm.
About ten
minutes later, Naruto had reached the building where his apartment was located.
He slowed down as he reached the stairs, silently making his way up with his
teal eyes fixated on the stairs he was walking. A sudden picture of a pair of
creamy white eyes flashed inside his head, and he found himself running yet
again. He soon reached the door of his apartment, pulled it open and took a
leap in.
"Hinata-chan,
Iīm home!" At first there was only silence, then a small gasp from the
direction of the kitchen was heard, soon followed by the sound of a plate
hitting the floor and breaking. Naruto noted that his apartment was in a quite
rough state after the earthquake he had created, but there was some spots that
obviously had been cleaned.
A white blurr
suddenly emerged from the kitchen, hitting him roughly in his middle section
and making the teal eyed boy stumble a few steps before falling flat on his
back just outside his apartment. The sweet smell that only his girlfriend
seemed to have as well as the feeling which only could be described as having
heaven itself next to you filled him as he reached down to stroke the blue hair
girl's hair.
"Thank
god youīre back..." He heard her muffled voice against his bare torso. A
warm smile spread on his lips as he watched Hinata cuddle up to him.
"It's
okay... I'm here..." His mind quickly put himself into her situation. He
somewhat knew how she had been feeling as the image of himself in his apartment
without the knowledge where she was during the storm of the century entered his
mind. A wave of guilt swept over him as he recalled the earthquake earlier. If
their roles had been the opposite, he had probably been tearing the village
apart with his bare hands in the search for her.
"I am...
sorry..." He whispered. Hinata whimpered something barely audible and
snuggled closer to him, encircling her arms around his torso while burying her
face into his shoulder.
The door
belonging to the host living on the opposite side of his apartment was suddenly
opened, revealing a tired looking old man.
"What's
all the fuss about? As if the earthquake wasn't enough?" He muttered in a
tired voice, scratching the back of his head while peering out into the small
rectangular room. Naruto turned his head up and immediately locked eyes with
the old man. The old man blinked once at the pair on the floor before a
toothless grin spread over his face.
"Atta
boy... atta...." He simply said, chuckling darkly before starting to close
his door. Naruto could feel the redness spread over his face as he flailed out
with an arm, waving it desperately while trying to get the old mans attention.
"Hey,
that's not it! We weren't doing anything... anything..." His face reddened
even more as he tried to find the right word. The old man watched him,
curiosity visible on his face while Naruto mentally was trying to explain the
word Co-operationī to his brain and voice.
"...
uh... improper!" He called out as the word popped up in his mind. A few
seconds passed before the chuckling broke out in a full-fledged laugh while
Naruto stared into the old mans now gleaming eyes.
"Sure you
weren't.... believe me kiddo, I've been your age too... and I know exactly what
you are doing... and whats about to happen... But be quiet will ya? You
wouldn't want to keep the entire neighbourhood up the whole night would
you?"
With that he
shut the door, his chuckling still echoing in the halls as Naruto stared jaw
dropping at where the old man had been standing earlier. A terrible blush
spread over his features, soon followed by a frown and an irritated snort.
"Is the
world full of perverts nowadays?" He muttered to himself, the blush slowly
diminishing but his heartbeat all the same. His eyes suddenly widened, he
hadn't noticed the wetness spreading on his shoulder earlier. He quickly sat
up, softly putting his arms around the Hyuuga heiress as she sobbed into his
shoulder. Damn he felt guilty. Without really thinking, he promised himself to
never do a thing like this ever again if it made Hinata this upset. About a
minute passed before the girl started to calm down, letting Naruto break their
embrace and look at her lowered face.
"Damn
you..." She suddenly whispered, and to Narutoīs surprise, she brought up a
clenched fist and punched him in the chest. It was not the hardest punch he
ever had experienced, but somehow it managed to hurt more than everything else.
He stared blankly at her as she hit him several times in the chest, each hit
filling him with even more guilt.
"Don't...
do that... to me... ever again...." Her voice broke in the end as she
roughly embraced him yet again, shaking with sobs as she cried her relief into
his shoulder.
"I...
didnīt mean to..." He mumbled, his voice a little shaky after her
punching. Did she really need him that much?....... Of course she did, she
loved him for goodness sakes. He had been even more upset if the roles had been
reverse. A conclusion suddenly popped up inside his skull: He was an asshole
for leaving her alone.
"Just...
donīt do it... again... ever!" She whispered fiercly, her voice still
unstable from the crying. Naruto suddenly grabbed her chin, then forced it up
so she was looking into his eyes. At fist, she had her eyes closed with the
tears running down her cheeks, but she reluctantly opened her eyes a few
seconds later. He was amazed by the deepness of her creamy white orbs as they
stared into his, hesitatingly. He did the first thing that came to his mind. He
kissed her. Simply, it was his way of begging for forgiveness. His way of
showing his love, his regret and his undying passion for the girl in front of
him. Her lips were soft, as always. Explosives set of in his head as he kissed
the girl he loved, the dream of many people out in the world.
The girl
suddenly pressed her body closer to his, wanting to feel as much of him as
possible. The two tumbled to the floor yet again, this time however, according
to plan. After what seemed like ages of bliss, the two unlocked lips for air.
Naruto stared up at Hinata, her creamy white eyes half closed while looking at
his face. He could feel a warm smile suddenly forming on his face.
"I
won't." He simply stated. The girl nodded and a smile on her own soon
playing on her lips. Their respective lips met again, this time it had been
Hinata who took the initiative. Naruto closed his eyes in pleasure as he lied
there, enjoying the feelings that ravaged through his body as he was kissed by
the Hyuuga girl. He was just about to take the initiative to deepen the kiss as
a flash of light made the two of them open their eyes in confusion. Slowly, as
if in slow motion, the two of them unlocked lips and turned towards the door of
the old man. Their tired eyes met the ones of a grinning madman with a camera
in hand.
"Now
thatīs more like it boy! Be tender!"
A small sound
that only could resemble the mechanical rewind of the camera was heard before
the door was slammed shut again. The cackling of the old mans laugh still
echoing in the hall. Naruto blinked twice at the display, Hinata did likewise.
Their eyes met again, both staring at each other before Naruto eventually
mouthed the same question lingering in both the teens heads.
"Whatīs
up with all the bloody cameras?"
The idea of
knocking on the old mans door to get revenge suddenly popped up in Narutoīs
mind. He could clearly see himself throwing the old man a small refined ball of
green chakra while yelling a child like 'Catch!'. The rest was a mess, almost
making the blonde hair boy chuckle darkly. A few seconds passed before the two
of them rose from the floor and walked into his apartment. It was a mess, even
messier then the old man's apartment in his fantasy, that what first thought
that came to his mind as he took a quick peek into his room. He shrugged it off
and entered the kitchen, a yawn forcing him to stretch out his arms over his
head. He froze in that pose as his gaze traveled around in the kitchen.
"Now that
is what I call a mess!" He stated, laying his right arm around the Hyuuga
girl who was standing beside him while silently agreeing.
"Youīre
not hurt are you?" Naruto suddenly turned to Hinata and grabbed her by her
shoulders, looking her into her eyes demandingly. The Hyuuga girl blinked twice
with a surprised expression before answering.
"Umm...
no.... I just got a little startled when things began to shake so violently,
thatīs all..." She replied, her eyes looking up into his. Naruto breathed
out a sigh of relief, if he had hurt her with his technique he would never be
able to forgive himself. For him, Hinata was a lot more important then the
village itself. It was that very moment she noticed. Her eyes widened as she
stared up into his own. Her hand slowly reached up to stroke his temple, her
thumb on his cheek.
"T-teal...."
Was all she managed to stutter in her confusion. Narutoīs face fell, he had
completely forgotten about the whole demon deal. With a sigh, he gently removed
his hands from her shoulders before shoving them down into his pockets and
letting his gaze travel for the floor.
"Yeah,
teal..." Was all he said with signs of disappointment. Hinata still hadnīt
removed her hand. Instead, she took her other hand too and put it under his
chin while forcing his head up. His teal eyes once again came into vision,
giving away a dull light as they looked sadly into hers.
"How did
your eyes... turn teal Naruto-kun?" She asked in wonder, her care for her
boyfriend shining through the eyes of her own. Naruto winced at her question
before taking a step backwards, stumbling over a tipped over chair but regained
balance.
"It's a
long story..." He said, a small hint of uncertain in his voice. He knew he
had to tell her, but... heck, she had told him he wasn't a demon before... and
now he was? How the hell was she supposed to react to that?
"I have
time." The Hyuuga girl stated simply, folding her arms across her breasts
with a surprisingly firm voice. It was then Naruto noticed why the old man had
reacted as he had. She was just as half naked as he was. She wore a pair of
black pants that seemed about two or three sizes too small for her, and had
only her white bra on. No wonder it looked suspicious when they were laying there
in the corridor, he found his mind making up a scene where he punted the old
man out of a window, a closed window. A terrible blush stained Narutoīs cheeks
despite the situation he was in, as he found his gaze all the time escaping her
face and trail down to admire her body instead. A mental kick in the backside
from the less perverted part of his brain snapped him out of it. Hinata was by
then already blushing horribly as she had noticed what he had been doing, but
she still stood her ground with a firm expression.
"Well?"
She asked, her voice a little softer this time. Naruto grumbled something
before sitting down on the floor, a pained expression suddenly filling his
face. Hinata watched as he moved aside before grabbing the fork that had
pierced the skin on his backside out through the window. A few seconds later,
he was sitting down with an almost satisfied expression on the hard floor.
Hinata crouched in front of him, still gazing intensively into his teal eyes.
"Where to
begin?" He breathed, his gaze cast downwards. Hinata grabbed him by the
chin again, forcing him to look at her yet again.
"How
about... from the beginning?"
It pained him.
But she so deserved to know, he knew that. However as he started to tell her
about what had happened out in the forest, his heart and mind seriously started
doubting. Tsunade had accepted it, that was the impression he got anyway. And
the Hokage had practically said that Hinata would too, because she loved him because
of who he was, and not what he was. But was it really the same thing, being a
friend with a demon... and love one? His worries went deeper, and he found
himself getting more and more quiet as he spoke, only talking about the outmost
valid parts, and soon even leaving some of them out. In the end, he didnīt even
notice that he had gotten completely quiet. Once again he could feel Hinata's
soft hand grab his chin and force it up to look her into her eyes.
"And?"
Hinata pried on, her creamy eyes begging him to tell more, but he just
couldn't. To his surprise, he even mouthed his doubt. With a small smile even.
"What if
I lose you?" He whispered, startling the Hyuuga girl and making her
wrinkle her forehead in confusion. Lose her? Was it really that serious?
Whatever could have happened out there to make her beloved this down?
"You
won't..." She said, unsure of what to answer to a comment like that. To
her confusion he simply smiled yet another of his sad smiles and shook his head
slowly before answering.
"Don't
ever make a promise that you are not certain you can keep Hinata-chan...."
He said sadly, slowly leaning over to her so her face was merely a couple of
inches apart from his own.
"Are you
absolutely sure you wish to know?" He whispered to her, watching her
blushing yet firm face intensively. She stared back into his teal eyes,
mentally taking a note that they were just as beautiful as his deep blue used
to be. Perhaps even more. Something about them... attracted her even more to
him. They were without a doubt irresistible in their almost unnatural glow and
pureness.
"Yes..."
She answered him, letting her hand travel over to his own and grab a hold of
it. He looked down at his hand with mixed emotions, his teal eyes giving away a
faint flash of light. A faint flash of hope. He suddenly turned his head up
again, staring her into her eyes while calmly explaining how things were.
"I... no,
my blood... is corrupted..." He began, staring at the now confused look of
Hinata. A sigh escaped his lips, his head shook slowly as he started explaining
what it was all about.
"Me... my
huge ammount of chakra....... You know that, right?" He mumbled, Hinata
nodded slowly, not really getting at where things were going. "Well.... I
am... somewhat..." He sighed yet again. It was one of the heavier things
that he knew he had to tell her, unless he wanted their relationship to falter.
"I'm... being affected and mixed... by the, you know... demonic part of
the chakra..."
Demonic? How?
When did.... is he changing or something? Had something happened? What did he
mean demonic?
"You mean
you are changing?" Hinata asked, a small trace of fear in her voice,
saving her other questions for now. Naruto shook his head as a pained
expression spread over his face. It was clearly taking a lot on him mentally to
say this, and Hinata squeezed his hand in a way of comforting him.
"No...
not if we believe in Tsunade anyway... This is the only change that has been
made.. to make me... a demon."
Silence. God,
not again. He felt that the tension in the room was starting to suffocate him,
every sense in his body screamed for him to run, to get outside and get some
air. Hinata stared blankly at him, not really believing that he had said. Him?
A demon? Was he pulling her leg? Was it some kind of sick joke?
"A
demon?" She asked, the doubt in her voice clearly audible. Naruto nodded
solemnly, his gaze downcast. Her mind protested violently, her boyfriend, her
sweet Naruto could not be a demon. There had to be some kind of mistake. Naruto
was the kindest person she knew, weren't demons supposed to be evil and only
spread death around them? She really had to ask him more about this later, but
that wasnīt her main priority right now.
"My eyes
is what changed first hand, then some stuff inside me... not really sure what
though. But nothing more..." The teal eye boy muttered. Hinata still held
her breath without knowing. She needed to know, had he changed more then only
physically? Was there perhaps... even a mental change?
"Naruto-kun...
I ... umm what will be the effects of... this change you are talking
about?" Naruto shrugged, an irritated huff escaping him before he
answered.
"All
Tsunade said was that I'd be able to take more of a beating... and that she
didnīt know of the rest... No change up here anyway, at least something to be
happy about..." He muttered, poking the side of his head with his finger.
Hinata breathed out loudly, startling the blond haired boy to the point where
he fell backwards. He blinked twice as he laid on the floor, some of his blonde
bangs falling into his vision.
"Then I
donīt care..." He suddenly heard Hinata say, her soft voice creating
butterflies inside the blonde boy's stomach despite their situation. He
suddenly felt the warmth of her body getting closer and blinked as his blonde
bangs was stroked out of his eyes by the soft hand of the Hyuga girl, his teal
eyes hesitatingly meeting the creamy white ones of Hinata.
"What do
you mean?" He whispered, his heart going crazy in his chest. Hinata
blushed slightly before answering him, staring down lovingly into his eyes.
"I mean
your eyes are still beautiful... and they will always be. Not because of the
color, but because of you... who you are..." She said, yet another warm
smile forming on her lips. Naruto could feel his heart melt, as if he was
falling in love with the girl over and over again. She kissed him passionately,
not letting him get any time to think of what she had said as she threw himself
over him. She broke the kiss, pinning him down with her own body before
speaking softly. "As long as you are you, up here." She poked her
head in the exact same fashion he had. "I donīt care..."
"But... I
am a demon..." He argued, his voice betraying him. The Hyuuga girl knew,
and heard that he was incredibly happy by what she had said. She had so save
her more detailed questioning for later. Hinata stared lovingly into his eyes,
threatening his heart to explode with emotion as he watched the girl suddenly
closed in with a seducing expression.
"I said,
I don't care... I love you..." She whispered, letting her soft lips crash
on his own once again. Total bliss ruled, their love filling their hearts and
heating up their bodies. The fact that he was a demon was almost forgotten in
the passion that exploded in the room. He pulled back slightly, looking into
her creamy white eyes as he mouthed his feelings.
"I love
you too... thank you..." Naruto suddenly noticed the situation they were
in. Lying on the floor in his kitchen, half-naked with his girlfriend sure made
his brain work. Before he was able to stop himself, his mind had come up with
several naughty images and situations of things that shouldn't be described in
a closer detail. Hinata stared down at Naruto, her own Naruto. Her heavily
blushing Naruto even.
"What is
it, is something on my face?" She asked shyly, placing herself further on
top of him. A small whimper escaped the boy as his gaze traveled downwards
without really intending to. Hinata smiled mischievously at him, fully knowing
what effect she had on him. She suddenly got an idea, leaned forward so she
could whisper in his ear. "Something wrong, Naruto-kun?" She
breathed, her hot breath tickling his ear while she entangled her left hand
into his hair, letting her teeth tenderly bit into his ear while letting out
yet another deep breath. Naruto could do nothing as he felt his body's natural
reaction of being in such a close proximity to a woman. All he could do was
swallow nervously and pray.
"No, not
really..." He mumbled, his voice thick from god know what emotion while
trying to shift his weight so she wouldn't notice what was happening to his
body functions. However, his reaction did not go unnoticed by the Hyuuga girl.
Hinata gave away a faint gasp and blushed horribly as she noticed what was
happening to the blonde boy. The fact that something hard was pressing into her
thigh made her boldness shine through her otherwise innocent shell, and without
really thinking she smiled seducingly before letting both her hands entangle
themselves into his blonde hair. Her body rubbed against his, earning a soft
moan from the boy. Naruto was amazed that he was able to breathe so heavily
without having an actual heart attack. And it didn't really help as she pressed
her body harder to his, teasing him, tempting him. He had managed to control
his urge earlier, this however sent him of the edge. Her smooth skin against
his own, her soft lips gently kissing his neck before swiftly moving over and
claiming his mouth in yet another deep passionate kiss, her hand playing with
his hair, it was all too much for him to bare. Hinata gave away a sudden gasp
of surprise as Naruto rolled over, changing their position so he was on top of
her. His tongue lashed out, grinding against her teeth. With a somewhat
surprised expression, she let him enter her mouth with his tongue. He greedily
started sucking on hers, his own venturing further into her mouth. The small
tickling sensation in the back of her head suddenly spread and intensified,
filling her body with pleasure as she moaned into his mouth. Naruto in turn was
busy exploring her velvet soft mouth with his tongue, filling his own mouth
with the sweetest tastes. He permitted his tongue battle with her own in a
greedy dance of passion for a while before slowly pulling back. Her eyes urged
him to continue, but he found himself drawing back further despite what his
heart and not to mention hormones told him. The teal eyed blonde gazed down at
her, marveling in how beautiful she was. Naruto suddenly felt her hand tug at
his hair, then the other encircle his neck and starting to pull himself down
towards her.
"Naruto..."
She whimpered, her tounge lashing out to lick her teeth. Naruto felt himself
going into auto-pilot as the Hyuuga girl unbuttoned his pants, his heart racing
so fast that he actually thought he was going to have a second heart attack.
"A-are...
y-you sure about this?" He stuttered, his face glowing a faint red color.
Hinata was in the same state, but she eventually nodded firmly before forcing
his head down to claim his lips in yet another deep kiss. After staying like
that for a while with him on top of her and letting their passion and urges
grow, he pushed himself away from her slowly before rising and scooping her up
in his arms.
"Na..
Naruto-kun..." She mumbled, her face still beet red while staring into the
face of his own. Naruto gave her a somewhat seductive grin, making the Hyuuga
girl squeak in embarrassment as he closed in on his bed with the girl in his
grasp.
"Ghck-"
The sound of
something hitting the floor hard could be heard in the apartment. Hinata was
laying on Narutoīs bed with a somewhat dazed expression while Naruto was laying
on the floor, his face flat on the wooden surface and his pants around his
ankles, the pants being the obvious reason for his fall. Luckily, at least for her,
he had thrown her on the bed before he had decided that his face had an
appointment... with the floor. A soft giggle left the girl as she noticed the
situation the boy was in, she leaped of the bed and grabbed hold of his arm and
pulled him up.
"Well...
that was quite the anti-climax...." He muttered, rubbing his sore nose as
he got help with sitting down on the bed. Hinata simply giggled at his
clumsiness, silently marveling on how cute he was in his gawky ways. A few
minutes passed before the blonde boy had recovered. Hinata crept closer to him
just as he kicked away his pants, making them slide along the floor before
stopping in the corner. He looked around his room, the only thing that seemed
to have been spared by the earthquake was luckily his bed. He could feel Hinata
starting to move around in irritation, a slight scowl on her face. A smile
tugged at his lips as he turned for her, and once again found himself being
lost in the debts of her creamy eyes. Hinata had an even worse problem, and
that problem was his demonic eyes. The teal color. It almost seemed to call out
to her, reaching towards her through their clear surface and tempting her to
love the man even more. Her mouth opened to say what occured in her mind right
then, which was simply his name.
"Na-
umpf!"
She was cut of
by his lips, they hungrily kissed hers and she wasnīt late answering with the
same hunger. The two of them fell on top of the bed, Hinataīs hand reaching
over to pull the blanket over them both, just as Naruto started undoing her
pants. Their previous desire returned ten-fold, and they weren't late showing
it. Naruto suddenly drew back from kissing her, to say a few words from the
debt of his heart.
"I am what I feared that I was... but..." Naruto
stared down into the eyes of his love, her own love for him visible in them,
urging him to continue while she breathed heavily. He threw her pants of the
bed, making them slide along the floor to stop in the same corner as his own. "For once...I
donīt care..."
Author: Well folks... I guess thatīs the
seventh chapter. I donīt really know how well things went as I wrote this, all
I know is that....
It was longer, much longer..... I can tell that much.
Iīd like to hear/read your opinion. If something seems
weird itīs probably because I wrote this checks time 04.41 in the morning...
Just tell me in that case whatīs wrong, so I donīt
miss a totally obvious plot hole and get a hell writing the rest of the
story.... Also, sorry for not deleting the ramen stand part OpForce man, I just
felt that people needed to calm down between action... so to speak
And donīt come hunting me down with forks and whatever
hell you guys can come up with just because I made it a little naughty in the
end... god damn it... Iīm a guy, okay!?
Anyways. Thank you for reading. Hopefully, I will have
the next chapter up in a closer future than this took.
Take care out there.
Sincerely
Dream][Walker
